Тема использования инфраструктурных облигаций обсуждалась во время рабочей поездки по областному центру замминистра строительства и ЖКХ РФ Никиты Стасишина.
Федеральный чиновник побывал на стройплощадке в районе аэропорта Плеханово, где на земельном участке площадью 51 га планируется построить25 МКД общей жилой площадью более 307 тыс. кв. метров, детсад, школу и поликлинику. Проект будет реализован совместно с госкорпорацией ДОМ.РФ.
Кроме того, Стасишин осмотрел новые жилые массивы в городе и оценил темпы строительства. Стоит напомнить, что в 2020 году регион получил 1,58 млн "квадратов" жилья, включая 550 тыс. индивидуальной застройки. В текущем году планы выросли до 1,6 млн кв. метров.
