Тюменская гордума утвердила финансирование города в следующем году на сумму чуть меньше 40 млрд рублей. При этом, общий объем расходов составит около 41 млрд рублей, а дефицит — почти 1 млрд рублей. Компенсировать его планируется за счет остатков средств на счетах города.
А куда же утекли все денежки? И как быть с таким большим дефицитом.Ведь финансов не хватает на то, чтобы сбить количество заболевших коронавирусом и на то, чтобы минимизировать вспышку птичьего гриппа в регионе.
