Сейчас ответственность по статье 282 УК наступает только в том случае, если виновное лицо уже привлекали к административной ответственности за аналогичное правонарушение. В новой же редакции уголовная ответственность будет наступать сразу (до пяти лет колонии).
Связано это с "резким ростом национализма и нацизма". Госдума примет поправки в ближайшее время.
