🔺مرور کلی وضعیت کشور و چالش‌ها و مشکلات آن به‌ویژه در حوزه محیط‌زیست نشان می‌دهد یکی از معضلات ما در حوزه‌های تخصصی مانند محیط‌زیست وجود نیروی انسانی است و این موضوع با مهاجرت نخبگان کشور در یک دهه گذشته تبدیل به چالش جدی شده است.
🔺 دولت‌ها تلاش کرد‌ه‌اند در قالب طرح‌های حمایت از نخبگان شیب تند آن را کاهش دهند، هرچند در این باره که چنین طرح‌هایی چقدر به‌درستی اجرا شده است و چقدر توانسته‌اند اثرات مثبتی داشته باشند، می‌توان سخن گفت؛ اما مسئله دیگر این است که ما علاوه‌بر مهاجرت نخبگان از ظرفیت‌های موجود در کشور هم به‌درستی بهره نبرده‌ایم.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
