Ленинский районный суд признал водителя виновным по ст.264 ч.1 УК РФ.
Его приговорили к ограничению свободы на срок 1 год. Также ему запрещено в течение 1,5 лет заниматься деятельностью, связанной с управлением транспорта.

27 сентября дети переходили дорогу по пешеходному переходу в тот момент, когда их сбил Largus, в который перед этим въехал Hyundai Accent. Ребята приехали в город на соревнования. Двое ребят после ДТП были в состоянии средней степени тяжести, а третий пострадал сильнее остальных. Его даже госпитализировали в Оренбург.
