Самолет санитарной авиации Bombardier Learjet 55 рухнул рядом с торговым центром в Филадельфии (штат Пенсильвания). В воздухе направлявшийся в Спрингфилд борт авиакомпании Jet Rescue Air Ambulance пробыл совсем недолго – он упал вскоре после взлета.

Жертвами стали шесть человек: ребенок, его сопровождающий и четыре члена экипажа. Все они были гражданами Мексики.
