Иркутская область и Хакасия стали примером для всей страны. Ранее губернатор Игорь Кобзев добился ввода в этих регионах сезонного коэффициента 1,8, расширяющего диапазоны потребления электроэнергии. Теперь этот опыт будут применять по всей России – решение принято правительством РФ: https://clck.ru/3GZn3P.

Важно, что регионы смогут применять коэффициент на протяжении всего отопительного периода, а не только с января по апрель. В Иркутской области он длится с сентября по май.

Энергосбытовым компаниям предстоит выполнить перерасчет платежей, начисленных в январе и феврале 2025 года с учетом нового документа. Постановление не повлияет на увеличение объемов перекрестного субсидирования по регионам при пересмотре тарифов и применении сезонных коэффициентов к диапазонам потребления.
