KPI: ushbu tizim tashkilot muvaffaqiyatining asosiy omilidir
▶️Bugun Qishloq xo‘jaligi vazirligi va Yuristlar malakasini oshirish markazi hamkorligida "Tashkilotda KPI tizimini joriy etish" mavzusida amaliy o‘quv seminari bo‘lib o‘tdi. Seminar O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Adliya vazirligi mas’ul xodimi Baxtiyor Xodjimuratov hamda Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti xodimi Shohrux Nurullayev tomonidan olib borildi.
⛓Mazkur uchrashuvda ishtirokchilarga KPI tizimi tushunchasi haqida batafsil ma’lumot berilib, uning tashkilot muvaffaqiyatini oshirishdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati atroflicha tahlil qilindi. Seminar davomida tashkilotlar uchun to‘g‘ri maqsad va rejalar qo‘yish, natijadorlikni aniq baholash tizimini shakllantirish va bu orqali xodimlarning samaradorligini oshirish masalalari muhokama qilindi.
✍️Jarayon davomida KPI tizimi joriy etilishi jarayonida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan salbiy oqibatlarning oldini olish usullari haqida ham so‘z bordi. Jumladan, noto‘g‘ri baholash yoki xodimlarda motivatsiya pasayishiga olib keluvchi omillarni bartaraf etishning samarali yo‘llari haqida fikr-mulohazalar bildirildi.
🔼Xodimlarning faoliyatini tahlil qilish va baholash, ish rejalarini takomillashtirish hamda xodimlarning individual rivojlanish rejasini ishlab chiqish usullari ko‘rib chiqildi. Shuningdek, motivatsiya turlarini to‘g‘ri qo‘llash masalalari ham keng yoritildi. Ishtirokchilarga xodimlarni rag‘batlantirish tizimini takomillashtirishda obyektiv baholash mezonlari va ularning tashkilotga keltiradigan foydasi haqida tavsiyalar berildi.

Unda muhokama qilingan masalalar tashkilotlarda innovatsion boshqaruv tizimlarini joriy etish va natijadorlikni oshirishga xizmat qilishi tayin.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
