ЕС и правительства отдельных его стран не могут не принять во внимание рост правых евроскептиков. Которые набирают сейчас голоса в основном на двух темах - неприятии миграции с Юга и прекращении поставок оружия Украине.
Видя это, ЕС и власти отдельных стран частично идут навстречу избирателям, и закручивают миграционные гайки. Медленно, нехотя - но миграционную политику ужесточают.
А вот по вопросам России и Украины ни на какие компромиссы не идут. И кадровые назначения в ЕС это наглядно показывают. Так что получается, что ради сохранения русофобии можно пожертвовать даже мультикультурализмом.
