«Администрацией района меры по организации отлова безнадзорных животных не принимались. Случаи нападения бесхозяйных собак на людей, в частности детей, на территории района носят системный характер», – подчеркнули в надзорном ведомстве.
Напомним, что бродячие собаки – это крайне острая проблема для нашего региона, от которой страдают даже жители Хабаровска. Но никаких адекватных мер от губернатора Дегтярева мы так и не увидели.
