В соревнованиях приняли участие сильнейшие атлеты страны. Финишный спурт Ринаса Ахмадеева принес ему победу на дистанции 10 км. Среди женщин не было равных Елене Коробкиной. Победители марафонской дистанции 42,2 км - Андрей Янович и Александра Морозова.
