Константин Смирнов был задержан по делу о так называемом вымогательстве, на данной стадии следствия он отказался давать показания, воспользовавшись 51 статьей Конституции.
В этот же день в облсуде в 14.00 состоится рассмотрение жалобы на арест главного редактора издания "Новая газета Рязань" Алексея Фролова. Он проходит обвиняемым по другому делу.
