🤝 Провел экскурсию в Думе Екатеринбурга для волонтеров из Ирбита.

На прошлой неделе я ездил в Ирбит, чтобы открыть Волонтерский центр, на этой неделе активисты приехали к нам.

👍🏻 Прошлись по коридорам Думы, посидели в креслах депутатов, поговорили о Молодежном парламенте, а после отправились в Волонтерский центр в «Мытном дворе» — пить чай с пиццей и знакомиться с активом из Екатеринбурга.

Отлично провели время, теперь моя очередь снова ехать в Ирбит 🤗

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
