Продолжаем модернизировать котельную Климовского патронного завода. После решения Президента о передаче объекта в муниципальную собственность, мы успели отремонтировать здесь два крупных котла.

Сейчас делаем все, чтобы предстоящую зиму жители встретили в теплых квартирах.

Что уже сделано? 🛠
• в феврале отремонтировали 2 котла на 100 гкал в час;
• заменили и отремонтировали насосы, вентиляторы и другое оборудование;
• доставили новый котел, начали демонтаж старого;
• в ближайшее время планируем установить автоматический ввод резерва, заменить запорную арматуру и обновить выводы тепловых сетей.

Также подключили котельную к системе видеонаблюдения «Безопасный регион» и укомплектовали штат квалифицированными специалистами. В 2025 году планируем начать капитальный ремонт самого здания.
