Владимир Путин утвердил перечень KPI для глав регионов. Всего в него вошёл 21 пункт. Среди них:

▪️удовлетворенность условиями спорта
▪️доля людей, занимающихся добровольческой деятельностью
▪️коэффициент рождаемости
▪️удовлетворённость участников СВО условиями для медицинской реабилитации, переобучения и трудоустройства
▪️условия для воспитания патриотической личности

В аналогичном указе 2021 года положений о коэффициенте рождаемости и поддержке военных не было.
