The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
