Вазген Саргсян, Монте Мелконян, Роберт Кочарян, Серж Саргсян, Вазген Манукян, Самвел Бабаян, Манвел Григорян, Виталий Баласанян, Сейран Оганян, Аршавир Гарамян и другие были представлены как организаторы многочисленных «преступлений», совершенных против азербайджанцев за последние десятилетия, включая убийство 18 850 азербайджанцев.
Ранее генеральная прокуратура Азербайджана, направляя в "суд" сфабрикованные дела против военных и политических деятелей Арцаха, также призвала Республику Армения к сотрудничеству с Генеральной прокуратурой Азербайджана.
Ответа от Прокуратуры Армении пока не последовало.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
