Специалисты региона-шефа ЯНАО занимаются ремонтом жилых домов на площади порядка 8 тысяч кв. метров. Там будут восстановлены квартиры для 176 семей. Об этом сообщили в Минстрое России
Строители проводят частичное обновление несущих конструкций и кровли, плит перекрытий и стен. В квартирах устанавливаются новые окна и двери, сантехника, водонагреватели, электроплиты и вся необходимая мебель.
Для оперативного заселения после проведения ремонтных работ дома вводятся поэтапно — подъездами. Благодаря такому подходу, 28 семей уже заселились в квартиры, а в последних числах декабря еще 12 семей смогут вернуться домой.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
