یک مقام آمریکایی اعلام کرد: ایالات متحده آمریکا معافیت تحریمی عراق را برای ۱۲۰ روز دیگر تمدید کرده است که به دولت عراق اجازه می دهد بخشی از بدهی خود را به ایران پرداخت کند.
ایران فقط می‌تواند از این منابع مالی برای تجارت بشردوستانه استفاده کند.
