Не мог успокоится после просмотра «Мегашизополиса» Копполы и решил пересмотреть два его значимых провала 80-х, после которых карьера у хитмейкера пошла под откос - «От всего сердца» и «Клуб Коттон». И оба фильма ожидаемо оказались выдающимися. Коппола опередил время — классический «TIME, STOP!» от деда.
Надеюсь, когда-нибудь Дэмьен Шазелл выступит с программным заявлением и признается, что эти два фильма - его главные источники вдохновения. Оказывается, вот у кого байтит не только Вендерс («Париж, Техас» даже эстетически похож на «От всего сердца»), но и главный любимчик аудитории Letterboxd.
