Сложно сказать, насколько сейчас удачный момент для подобных перестановок. Все-таки ситуация с пожарами довольно напряженная, да и коронавирус с вакцинацией никуда не делись. И устраивать ротацию в двух самых «работающих» в нынешней ситуации ведомствах весьма рискованно.
