На сильнейшее движение в России "Да скифы - мы, не ваши - мы", на Западе должно было бы возникнуть свое движение: "Да- наши, наши. Вот потом, когда всё успокоится, опять будете нашими". Немцы стали полностью "своими" уже в середине 1950-х годов. Но нет, не возникает. И, может быть, не может возникнуть? Или никогда не возникнет? В системе опознавания "свои - чужие"?
А зря. Это дало бы огромную перспективу для тех, кто в будущем видел бы Россию открытой, спокойной, рыночной развитой экономикой, основанной на демократических институтах.
Как бы сделать так, чтобы эта идея - новой интеграции в будущем - появилась в западном публичном сознании? Хотя бы сначала в академических кругах? Ее ведь не было и в 1990-е -2000-е годы, еще до всего
