Законопроект вносит изменения в Кодекс об административных правонарушениях (КоАП). За нарушение требований к содержанию домашних животных их владельцы будут наказываться штрафом: граждане — от 1,5 тыс. до 3 тыс. рублей, должностные лица — от 5 тыс. до 15 тыс. рублей, юридические лица — от 15 тыс. до 30 тыс. рублей.
Под несоблюдением требований к содержанию животных, в частности, подразумевается выгул собак без намордника и поводка на детских или спортивных площадках и тд
