Сегодня в Татарской гимназии им. Р.Ш. Фардиева прошла малая коллегия управления по физической культуре, спорту и туризму, посвященная подведению итогов работы за 2024 год и постановке задач на 2025-й. Мероприятие посетили Глава района Разиф Каримов, руководитель Исполкома Эмиль Галеев и ветераны спорта.

💪 Перед началом пленарного заседания руководство встретилось с нашими талантливыми спортсменами – представителями различных видов спорта: хоккея, футбола, баскетбола, лыжных гонок, гимнастики, карате и борьбы. Ребята поделились своими успехами и показали завоеванные медали!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
