Новая практика открытия «участков выдачи пенсий» Почты России, на мой взгляд, крайне спорное решение. И давайте говорить откровенно, в нем нет заботы о пенсионерах. Это, очевидно, очередная оптимизация расходов компании.
Отмечу, что возможность получения пенсии на банковскую карту не исключает права пенсионера выбрать способ самостоятельно. На это есть как объективные, так и субъективные причины.
