Публичный реестр коррупционеров введут в Казахстане
В него попадут коррупционеры, совершившие тяжкие и особо тяжкие коррупционные преступления, заявила начальник департамента координации нормотворческой деятельности Генпрокуратуры РК Альбина Маутова.
Основанием для включения в реестр будет наличие вступившего в законную силу обвинительного приговора. Основанием для исключения – вступивший в законную силу оправдательный приговор либо погашение судимости.
Реестр будет размещен на сайте Антикора. Там же будет размещен Национальный доклад о противодействии коррупции, анализы внешних рисков и все правовые акты в рамках противодействия коррупции.
