Горсуд уменьшил наказание осужденным за избиение градозащитника Олега Мухина, передает корреспондент ЗАКС.Ру. Апелляционная инстанция снизила срок Денису Прошкину, Валерию Пацуку и Николаю Маркову до двух лет условно. Изначально каждый из осужденных получил по 3 года и 1 месяцу условно.
При этом Марков также был признан виновным в побоях (ст. 116 УК РФ), Пацук и Прошкин — в умышленном причинении легкого вреда здоровью (ст. 115 УК РФ), и все они — в незаконном лишении свободы (ст. 127 УК РФ). От наказания по первым двум статьям Горсуд их освободил в связи с истечением сроков давности. В то же время требование о компенсации понесенного Мухиным морального вреда суд сохранил в силе. Таким образом, осужденные по-прежнему должны выплатить активисту 30 тысяч рублей.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
