Само "Фармстандарт" вошло в реестр кредиторов с заявленным долгом 1 533 738 000 руб. 63 коп. При отсутствии кредиторов первых очередей (а их пока нет и вряд ли будут), материнской фирме выплатят 1,5 млрд рублей и потом фирму "Селлтера Фарм" прихлопнут. При этом 25% в Селлтере у кипрской REDILLIO HOLDINGS LIMITED из того же дивизиона. То есть на неё можно будет вывести остатки активов, если таковые будут. И всё законно)
Как мы помним, сам Фармстандарт также принадлежал олигарху через офшоры, то есть 1,5 млрд рублей потом можно по Кипрам искать? И ведь судебное решение - это фактическое узаконивание этих денег и схемы. Комар носу не подточит) Не пора ли Генпрокуратуре в гости к Харитонину?
