Основания исковых требований в материалах суда пока не раскрываются, но гендиректор УК «Альфа-Капитал» Ирина Кривошеева ранее говорила, что компания планирует подать иск к Euroclear на такую сумму в целях разблокировки замороженных из-за санкций ЕС российских активов.
По ее словам, «сумма 248 миллиардов рублей – это те активы, которые были заморожены, соответственно, накопленные купоны и дивиденды».
Третьими лицами к делу привлечены Национальный расчетный депозитарий, депозитарий «Инфинитум», Альфа-банк и «СПБ Банк». УК «Альфа-Капитал» называют одной из крупнейших российских компаний на рынке управления активами. А40-30826/2024
