В исковом заявлении, поступившем в суд в мае, истец ООО «Национальный спортивный телеканал» сначала требовал взыскать с ответчика ~13 млн руб, но впоследствии заявил отказ от иска в части взыскания основного долга, и суд взыскал только неустойку. Другие подробности спора пока не приводятся.
Ранее в октябре Гагаринский суд Москвы продлил на два месяца домашний арест гендиректору и основному владельцу «Телеспорта» Макаренко. Ему вменяют мошенничество в особо крупном размере. В суде сообщали, что дело связано со спортивными трансляциями.
