Басманный суд города Москвы наложил арест на три дома, два земельных участка и две квартиры бывшего мэра Нового Уренгоя Андрея Воронова, который обвиняется в получении взятки в особо крупном размере. Также у него изъяты деньги и двое часов, суммарной стоимостью в четыре миллиона рублей.
Это коснулось и обвиняемых в даче взятки. Арест наложен также и на их имущество и счета.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
