Коллеги из Рязани искренне недовольны массовым оттоком местных медицинских специалистов в Подмосковье. Врачи не просто уезжают, но и активно зовут с собой друзей рассказывая о том, что в Подмосковье намного лучше условия оплаты труда, а также отношения с руководством.
С начала 2022 года в Подмосковье устроились на работу свыше 300 медиков из соседних областей. Во многом это произошло благодаря программе "Приведи друга". На случай, если вы не знали, в Московской области за каждого трудоустроенного специалиста врач, порекомендовавший его, получает выплату от 30 до 50 тысяч рублей.
Интересно, что и само Подмосковье страдает от перехода медиков в столичные больницы. При чем методы привлечения кадров у столичных чиновников схожие.
Рязанским властям можем лишь рекомендовать взять тактику подмосковного Минздрава на вооружение и начать рекламную кампанию в больницах условной Ухты. @podmoskow

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
