Аспирантам и начинающим исследователям будут выплачивать 20 тысяч рулей ежемесячно, сообщил Андрей Чибис.
«Сейчас самое время для новых идей, инноваций и стремительного развития отечественной науки», – добавил губернатор. В прошлом году в Мурманской области стартовала программа региональных грантов на поддержку инноваций. Поддержку получают ученые, чьи разработки связаны с проектами по освоению Арктики.
