"Умный чат" записал все выступление министра, сделал протокол, внес свои предложения.
Премьер-министр даже пошутил, что все госслужащие могут остаться без работы.
Все бы хорошо, но «Злобная татешка» пристально изучила это казахстанское ноу-хау и заметила, что эта разработка очень сильно напоминает обычный ChatGPT!
❓И как это наш премьер не заметил подвоха?
Минцифровики могли хотя бы дизайн поменять, прежде, чем демонстрировать типа ноу-хау.
💸Кстати, на это псевдочудо было потрачено 90 млн бюджетных тенге.
Когда другие страны тратят миллиарды долларов на создание ИИ, наши умники сделали это якобы за 180 000 долларов.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
