Правительству РФ, в частности, поручено:
— Сохранить ставку 2 процента годовых по программе «Дальневосточная и арктическая ипотека» до 2030 года;
— Увеличить с 1 июля 2024 года до 1 миллиона рублей выплату на погашение ипотечного кредита для многодетных семей Чукотки и ряда других дальневосточных регионов;
— Запустить программу «Земский работник культуры»: с 1 января 2025 года работники культуры при переезде в ДФО смогут получить единовременную выплату в размере 2 миллионов рублей, а также воспользоваться дальневосточной ипотекой.
