«В законопроекте дается определение таким понятиям, как платформенная экономика, цифровая платформа, посредническая цифровая платформа, пункт выдачи заказов, карточка товара, и др.», — говорится в сообщении.
В частности, новый закон обязывает платформы проверять партнеров через ЕСИА и госреестры, не допускать на площадку непроверенных продавцов и исполнителей услуг, а также карточки товаров без указания информации об исполнении обязательных требований. После рассмотрения правительством проект будет официально внесен в Государственную думу.
