Поджог поста секционирования контактной сети железной дороги злоумышленник совершил на станции Рыбацкое в Невском районе. Установлено, что он действовал по указаниям неизвестных, которые связались с ним по телефону и требовали "снять, а потом поджечь шкаф, в котором какие-то жучки".

Фигурант задержан по месту проживания, сегодня решением суда ему избрана мера пресечения в виде заключен под стражу. По факту теракта возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.1 ст.205 УК РФ.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
