Начало выдачи ключей в новом доме нашего квартала «Основатели» ознаменовалось шумным и весёлым соседским праздником. В этот раз самым юным новосёлам довелось ещё и выполнить очень важную и ответственную работу — завершить благоустройство двора, высадив своими руками кустарники.

Дети будут расти в этом красивом, ухоженном дворе, и помнить, что здесь вложена частичка их труда. В лучших традициях добрососедства, жители первого дома «Основателей» пришли поздравить новосёлов-соседей вкусным караваем, который тут же был дружно съеден под чай и авторские лимонады. Каждый раз волнительно, когда наши жители впервые входят в свои готовые к передаче квартиры. И я всегда очень рад, когда новосёлы счастливы!

Мы продолжаем — в «Основателях» сейчас одновременно строятся ещё два дома. Надеюсь, что в следующем году этот замечательный квартал будет полностью готов.
