Не могу не поддержать своего товарища, члена Общественной палаты РФ Владимира Лифантьева в противостоянии с депутатом Госдумы от КПРФ Алехиным. Владимир абсолютно прав, когда обвиняет Алехина в том, что тот разместил откровенно заказную статью ТГК-11 в своем партийном издании. Лифантьев убежден, что именно по вине ТГК-11 затоплены тысячи дачных участков в Осташково Омской области. Между прочим среди этих дач есть и моя. И она вся в воде. Очевидно, что ответы на неудобные вопросы эколога мы от Алехина вряд ли услышим, ведь он дорабатывает в Госдуме последний срок и ему плевать на мнение граждан.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
