С марта 2022 из «ЛокоТех-Сервиса» в Карымском районе выносили чугунные тормозные колодки. Крали преступники по несколько штук, и спустя год работы набралось немногим больше 11.600 штук, каждая из которых предназначалась для ремонта локомотивов.
Чугунные детальки всё это время вывозили и транспортировали под видом обычной перевозки между подразделениями компании в Читу, а затем в Екатеринбург.
Когда пропажа стала совсем уж явной, полиция начала поиск. В итоге больше 11 тысяч колодок правоохранители обнаружили и изъяли к декабрю прошлого года, а вот тех, кто оставил локомотивы без тормозов, пока так и не нашли. Работали он тоже, похоже, без тормозов: ущерб составил 26.407.179 рублей и ещё 83 копейки.

The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
