К тому же я тут пытаюсь собрать дружное крепкое отделение, где врачи будут работать с кайфом и не выгорать (да, сильное заявление, но попытаться я могу), а совместители по объективным причинам не так часто со всей ответственностью относятся к работе. И тот единственный совместитель, который работает сейчас, является редким исключением -- крайне ответственный человек.
