Издатель газеты «Листок» находится в СИЗО с апреля 2022 года. По версии обвинения, его газета и телеграм-канал выпускали материалы о Буче и Мариуполе, содержащие «заведомо ложные» сведения о действиях российской армии.
Михайлов отказался признать вину. В последнем слове он заявил, что цель его действий — «уменьшение количества цинковых гробов».
