👆 В принципе хорошо. Учитывайте, что это региональная программа. Наверное, для среднего богатства региона это близко к максимуму возможного по маткапиталу. Это прям очень хороший шаг вперёд, фактически не только восстановление эффективности маткапитала, но даже его улучшение.
Но я бы всё же ввёл некий ценз оседлости как условие получения, чтобы не набежали посторонние. А то бюджет области может такого и не выдержать.
