Как выяснилось, долги связаны со старыми собственниками «Пурнефти», впоследствии присоединенной к НК «Янгпур» и перешедшей под контроль белорусов.
Сейчас юристы полагают, что вернуть средства в текущих реалиях будет крайне проблематично, а пока «Янгпур» отчитывается о росте добычи и продолжает разбирательства с МТУ Росимущества в Тюменской области, ХМАО и ЯНАО.
