Конкурс был организован Мособлдумой в целях реализации положений закона «Об экологическом образовании, просвещении и формировании экологической культуры в Московской области», популяризации темы экологии, бережного отношения к природе и окружающей среде.
Жюри конкурса подвело итоги конкурса, определило победителей и призёров в следующих номинациях:
