Оказывается проблема со льготным лекарственным обеспечением области была заложена еще в конце прошлого года, из-за недостатков планирования закупа.
Вторая причина - нежелание лечиться так названиями препаратами-дженериками, при производстве которых используется формула запатентованных импортных лекарств.
