Власти Алтайского края снова не нашли подрядчика, который разработает проектно-сметную документацию на завершение строительства краевого Художественного музея в Барнауле на проспекте Ленина, 88. На участие в конкурсе была подана только одна заявка, которая не соответствовала требованиям, поэтому ее отклонили.
Это уже вторая попытка найти подрядчика для достройки музея.
Строительство объекта стартовало еще в 2012 году, однако на данный момент он готов только на 62%.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
