Первое заседание Общественного совета по реализации региональной программы для участников спецоперации прошло в окружном правительстве. В него вошли 23 человека: ветераны, их близкие, представители СМИ и помогающих фронту общественных организаций, работники образования, культуры и здравоохранения, а также члены регионального правительства. В образовательном проекте смогут принять участие не только ветераны, но и действующие участники СВО. Приём заявок продлится с 25 февраля по 1 апреля.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
