Вовсю восстанавливаю сон после отпуска. Задача со звездочкой, учитывая то, что засыпаю я всегда в 23:00, а просыпаться приходилось то в 3, то в 4 утра.
Попытка отоспаться ПОТОМ претерпевала жуткое фиаско, поскольку крайне редко удавалось днем прилечь.
И если про влияние недосыпа я знаю не понаслышке, то о влиянии чрезмерного сна вспомнила только сейчас. Оба состояния негативно сказываются на развитии сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, только недосып может вызвать еще и диабет, а пересып – инсульт😵💫
Ну и в довесок мое любимое – затуманенность сознания, проблемы с памятью, апатия, сниженная мотивация.
Жду вечера, чтобы поспать свои оптимальные 7-8 часов🐳
