✨ 14 февраля в рамках 75 Берлинского кинофестиваля прошла премьера фильма «Горячее молоко» / «Hot Milk» — дебюта в режиссуре британского сценариста Ребекки Ленкевич. Литературной основой драмы стал одноименный роман Деборы Леви о напряженных и болезненных отношениях матери и дочери, роль последней исполнила звезда сериала «Сексуальное просвещение» Эмма Маки.

✍️ Ребекка Ленкевич — известный сценарист, среди ее работ оскароносная «Ида» режиссера Павла Павликовского, «Коллетт» Уоша Уэстмонленда, «Ее правда» Марии Шрадер и другие картины.

🔸 Молодая девушка София уже много лет заботится о своей парализованной матери Роуз. Они отправляются в Испанию, где находится клиника известного в стране целителя Гомеса. Мать и дочь приезжают сюда в поисках чудотворного средства от таинственной болезни Роуз, которая не может встать уже долгие годы без видимых на то медицинских обоснований и причин. Под палящим испанским солнцем их отношения рушатся бесповоротно.
